PROFMEDIA provides LED screen solutions, event technology services, and related expertise, including crewing, rigging, audio/video solutions, and permanent installations. Services are tailored to meet client requirements and are subject to availability.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and technologies provided by PROFMEDIA remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred in writing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of materials is prohibited.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details and ensuring timely communication to facilitate smooth execution. Any delays caused by incomplete information may impact project timelines.

Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made as per the agreed-upon terms outlined in the official contract or invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges or penalties.

Liability Limitations

PROFMEDIA is committed to delivering high-quality services but shall not be held liable for unforeseen circumstances, including equipment failure or delays caused by third-party vendors.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing within a specified timeframe as per the service agreement. Cancellation fees may apply based on the progress of the project.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the project unless disclosure is required by law or agreed upon in writing.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
